What you can upload

Breaking these rules can lead to the track being removed, the match result being changed, and account suspension. Anyone can report a track, message or player from the game; moderators review every report.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe a track on AUX’D infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [DMCA agent email] ([operator legal name], [postal address]) that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. the link to the profile or match where the track appears;
  4. your contact details;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

We remove the track promptly and tell the uploader. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send a counter-notice with the same details plus consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court; we may restore the track after 10–14 business days unless the complainant starts legal action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly upload infringing tracks.
