Draft: these terms still need the operator's details (set AUXD_LEGAL_NAME, AUXD_CONTACT_EMAIL and AUXD_LEGAL_ADDRESS) and a lawyer's review before launch.

[operator legal name] runs AUX’D and is responsible for your personal data. Contact us at [contact email].
What we collect
- From Discord when you sign in: your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, email address and whether two-factor authentication is on.
- What you do in AUX’D: matches, placements, ratings you give and get, XP, Aura, purchases, items, friends, settings, chat messages and reports.
- Tracks you upload (and the file names).
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security and to keep Ranked fair.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the amount, currency and a payment reference, never your card details.
Why we use it
- To run the game you signed up for: matchmaking, scoring, progression, the store and your profile (contract).
- To keep it fair and safe: anti-cheat checks, moderation and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
- To keep records of payments as the law requires (legal obligation).
We don’t sell your data, and there are no advertising trackers. We only set cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your theme.
Who we share it with
Hosting and storage providers, Stripe (payments), and Discord (sign-in, and our Discord bot, which posts match winners and assigns rep roles in our server). Other players see your name, avatar, rep, records and (unless you make your profile private) your match history. Tracks are anonymous while they are being rated.
How long we keep it
- Tracks that don’t win are deleted 30 days after the match.
- If you delete your account, we sign you out and anonymise your profile immediately, and delete your remaining personal data and audio (winning tracks included) within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
- Moderation records (reports and bans) are kept while they are needed to keep the service safe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to some uses, and complain to your data protection authority. You can download your data and delete your account in Settings, or email us.
Children
AUX’D is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we’ll remove it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Changes
We’ll show a notice in the app before any important change to this policy takes effect.
